As women, we by default slip into the carers, the mothers, the wives, the daughters, the good friend but so many of us forget ourselves along the way!
This weekend 14 ladies joined me for my passion filled retreat of coming home to ourselves!
We ignited the fire within, going back to our homes like different people. Fired up and ready to just connect to what we truely desire and deserve!
We had meditations, breathwork for emotional release, cacao healing sound-bath, deep chats and discussions, tears, laughter and bonded as a beautiful group 💜
Grateful to every lady there and to the 2 gents who came up on the Saturday to do what they do best with the ladies 🙏
