What a weekend! My 3rd year summit in London learning from some of the best minds from across the globe - Julia Rucklidge, Ted Dinan, Joseph Prousky, Thomas Guilliam, to name but a few. It was so inspiring delving into psychiatric disorders, mental health with a lens of how best to support our clients using nutrition.
