Seeking sanctuary from the Silly Season?

The last Quiet Club of the year is on this Thursday 11th evening at 7pm!! We breathe, arrive, sit/lie/snuggle, deeply rest, meditate, demystify what meditation is with a short discourse, we chat, laugh, inquire and float home! A cute date night, a pal Christmas catch up, or some solo me time escape...

During our post dream time discourse, we will sip on some warming drinks and toast to it all!!!

New Season Schedule...now live!

We have morning and evening Classes (Yoga, Pilates, Breath, Sound, Meditation), Workshops, Trainings, Clubs and a beautiful Community!! This purpose designed Studio space has all mats/equipment provided, and each class is small group focus, giving intentional attention!

Onsite Life Coaching, Psychotherapy, Accupuncture too!

Some classes are now full, but there are spaces across most offerings. New Terms start from this Friday!

And a delicious Bakery Café downstairs for nourishment, not to mention free on street parking around. Just off Newtownpark Ave, Blackrock.
