The last time one of my Slimming World members flew, she needed a seatbelt extender. This week, she shared this incredible photo on our page..... no extender needed, and plenty of room to spare!
Moments like these remind us that it’s not just about numbers on a scale, but about freedom, confidence, and the joy of seeing progress in everyday life.
I'm so proud of her, and this is just one of the many amazing success stories in our Slimming World group on the Navan Road.

The breakfast inspo you didn't know you needed 🤩🚨. We’ve given our overnight bix a dreamy dessert-inspired makeover – and we think you’re going to fall in love 😍!

🍌 Banoffee pie – mix crushed wheat biscuit cereal with Greek yogurt to make a creamy base 🍰. Layer with sliced banana, more yogurt and a dusting of cocoa powder – then drizzle over a little caramel sauce 🍯.

🥕 Carrot cake – mix wheat biscuit cereal with grated carrot, cinnamon, mixed spice and a little Greek yogurt to create a deliciously spiced base 🍰. Top with more yogurt and a sprinkle of crushed walnuts for that perfect finishing touch ❤️.

☕️ Tiramisu – mix chocolate wheat biscuit cereal with a splash of coffee and Greek yogurt to form a base 🍫. Top with creamy vanilla yogurt and a dusting of cocoa powder ❤️.
