Small clip of a more advanced plyometrics routine. Black band kick-outs for hamstring and glute activation pre-jumps. Then to banded split jumps to engage the abductors. Starting the jump from 90 degrees (shin to thigh) works smaller muscles groups specifically used in explosive power and doesn't allow any counter weight leverage created by the body in a normal jump. The third exercise requires additional core strength, balance and body control. The kbands bungee cord enhances all these attributes and would not be recommended for beginners 💯
