I am a registered Social Worker with CORU and a Pre-Accredited Counsellor and Psychotherapist with the Irish Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (IACP). I work with individuals facing a diverse range of issues, including anxiety, depression, relationship difficulties, self-esteem challenges, and life transitions. My approach is adaptable, allowing me to assist individuals in navigating various emotional and psychological concerns to promote overall well-being and resilience.

Drawing on training from the Contemporary Institute of Clinical Sexology (CICS), my work supports people who want to better understand and manage compulsive or out-of-control s*xual behaviours.

I have a small number of low-cost therapy spaces available, both online and in-person in Balbriggan, Dublin.

Many neurodivergent adults & teens do this without even realising it. It can be exhausting and impact your mental health, self-esteem, and focus.

I help clients notice when they’re masking and explore ways to feel more authentic and understood.

I went out for a run this morning.

Head busy. body tired. still went.

And I’m reminded every time.... the body and mind aren’t separate. When we move, we regulate. We release stress. We shift energy that’s been sitting there too long.

My ADHD brain has bursts of focus that feel unstoppable... and then hits a wall.

It craves novelty and stimulation, which means I can throw myself into a project, hobby, or idea with full energy… only to switch to the next one just as quickly. It’s thrilling, sometimes messy, and always part of how I experience the world.

Learning to ride this rollercoaster, rather than fight it - has been everything 💛

Christmas Day at Balbriggan Beach ❤️

Cold air. Open space. A pause.

Being near the sea can help everything slow down.... the breath, the thoughts, the pace of the day.

For many people, this time of year can feel full or heavy in ways that aren’t always visible. Getting out can make a difference.

No pressure to do more.

Just allowing the moment to be enough 🤍
