If you have compassion and care for others - you also deserve to give yourself the same. Treat yourself with love and kindness. It will help those around you to care for themselves better also. It also helps them to see your boundaries.

Affirmation
I nourish myself with warm, supportive thoughts.

It is so important how we use our inner voice - that voice in your head, to speak to yourself. Do you constantly berate or gove out to yourself? Or do you hold compassion and self love for yourself.
What are your first thoughts in the morning.. bring your awareness to your thoughts during the day. If you notice harsh thoughts, bring them back to thoughts of love and compassion.
