Nadasen has a passion for Yoga, Teaching, Counselling and Coaching, Qigong, Sound Healing, Movement, Dance, Energy Work, Astrology and Psychology. He runs regular Astrology workshops and works with Psychological Astrology offering Consultations and Birth Charts interpretations.He also offers private Sound Healing Therapy and Sound Baths. Nadasen has been teaching Yoga since 2009 and completed his Hatha Yoga Training in 2009 and his Yin Yoga Teacher Training in 2019. He is currently studying Qigong Teacher Training. He is a certified Hatha Yoga Teacher, a certified Yin Yoga Teacher and a certified Sound Therapy Healer who works with groups and individual clients. His classes often integrate Yoga with Sound Healing. Yoga is a discipline and a spiritual science of self-realisation. Its methods include physical postures (asana), breath control (pranayam), and meditation. The Sanskrit noun योग yoga is derived from the root yuj "to attach, join, harness, yoke". "

What is Radical Flow Yoga? Radical Flow Yoga incorporates sequences such as Sun Salutation (Surya Namaskar) and Moon Salutations (Chandra Namaskar) and also flowing Hatha/Vinyasa blend Yoga. I took a radical approach to my Yoga Practice as I was beginning to suffer with a lot of pain in the joints – and really needed to listen to what my body needed. Going back to the Yoga Sutras of Patanjali – and embodying these ancient Yogic Texts into my Yoga Practice.Bringing in the awareness to really listen in to what your body and mind needs – will help elevate the Spirit. Our story

Nadasen has been Teaching Yoga since 2009 and is currently completing 300hr Yin Yoga Teacher Training with the Josh Summers School of Yin Yoga. He is a Certified Level 1 & Level 2 Kundalini Yoga Teacher, and also a Yoga Alliance RYS 200 Certified Hatha Yoga Teacher, who works with groups and individual clients.

Nadasen has a passion for Yoga, Teaching, Counselling and Coaching, Movement, Dance, Healing, Sound and Energy Work - including Gong and Tibetan Bowls, Astrology and Psychology. He runs regular Astrology workshops and works with Psychological Astrology offering Consultations and Birth Charts interpretations.

He is a certified Usui Reiki Master. And is currently completing training in Sound Healing Therapy

He is also trained in PTSD/Trauma Sensitive Yoga.
