To any parents out there looking for their child to improve in football you should seriously consider sending your kids down to the fefa training. Quality coaching that focuses on the kids and makes it fun and informative.

The kids get to be trained by uefa qualified coaches and can focus on improving all aspects of their game.

They cater from 8 to 17 so why not give it a try.

So today was a first for the recovery room as we had our first professional footballer and under 18 ireland International danny mcgrath in to get a recovery session of boots and sauna.

Danny currently plays his football in Belgium and is just home for a few days.

We hope to see danny back again and wish him well for the rest of the season, and hopefully, he goes onto become a full ireland International.

Just a quick post to let you know we'll be closed in the recovery room from friday to Monday as I take some well earned down time.

There are a few slots left for Wednesday and Thursday if anyone would like to get it a session before the mad weekend.

We will be back to normal on tuesday week.
