If one of your New Year resolutions was to eat a healthy breakfast like porridge, make sure you know what to look for when doing your shopping. Flahavans quick oats apple and raisin flavour tub has 9.7g of sugar (2.5 tsp) per tub, while the same size portion of standard oat flakes has 0.4g. Learn more about what foods to eat and avoid, proper portion size, how to read food labels, which fats are good for you and lots more. Get in shape and adopt healthier eating habits for good by joining the Lose Fat Around Middle 12 week weight loss course starting next Tuesday at 7pm in Clontarf.
