There is just 1 space in todays 1130am class and 2 in wedmesday 1015am class Beginners
Reformer class, and it's the perfect place to start.

Picture 1 and 3 are shots of our studio in Goatstown

Picture 3 is me yesterday after competing in 3 events at the National Athletics Masters competition. I thought about this for 4 years till I finally did something about it . If that's you with Pilates just go for it you have nothing to lose. There's no one judging you but yourself.

This class is designed for people who are
completely new or returning after a break, so
there's no pressure to "be good at it.'
Our studio is small and supportive, with only 5
reformers, which means you're never lost in a big
group. You'll get guidance, encouragement, and a
chance to move your body in a way that builds
strength and confidence
