Oat pancakes🥞

20g oats (1/2 healthy fibre)
1 heaped tbsp ff greek yogurt
1 egg
flavdrops
25m milk
pinch of baking powder

Blitzed

Topped with ff greek yogurt, fruit & 15g caramel drizzle 2.5 swips 👌👌👌

This time last year, Suzanne made one brave decision, she joined before Christmas.
No waiting for January, no “I’ll start in the New Year”… she just showed up.

In those few weeks before Christmas she lost 1 stone 4lb, and today she’s nearly at her 3½ stone award and is so close to her dream target weight 🌟

Her journey is a powerful reminder that:
