Buzzing to get my first outdoor 10k this morning
Its mad
There was a time during the second lock down I remember going over to the park a lot for the head
I moved back home and had started having trouble with my breathing
Id be wheezing badly then having mad health anxiety and panicking which didn't help,
Id no dog or ever had one before but was consistently walking over to the park to be surrounded by trees and trying to take in as much fresh air as I could 😅
I remember walking through the forest thinking one day im gonna come back over here and run a 5k around it (never did)
Eventually I was diagnosed with asthma aged 26 and prescribed a steroid inhaler to use daily (i don't)
So it makes this little run a lot more enjoyable to have doubled what I said I would do while only starting to run two weeks ago and doing my first 10 on treadmill last week
We Really have nothing without our health and the anxiety around it can stressful,
My advice would be to get up and move the body, walk as much as you can, try surround your self in nature, try new things and aim to improve when ever you can
