We offer pharmacy, prescription services and private consultation along with retail services in all stores. Meagher’s Pharmacy Group was first opened in Baggot Street in 1921 and operated by the Meagher family. In 2001, Oonagh O’Hagan (who had served her Pre-Reg year under the guidance of Pierce Meagher) purchased the store from the Meaghers family. Based on its reputation as a Community Pharmacy, it was important to Oonagh to retain the name - Meagher’s Pharmacy. Over the next 15 years, eight more Meagher’s Pharmacies followed in Ranelagh Village, Sandford Road Ranelagh, Glenview Tallaght, Castletymon Tallaght, Barrow Street, the Mater Hospital, Kinvara Park, Navan Road and Churchtown. Today, Meagher's Pharmacy Group is one of Dublin's leading pharmacy groups and employ over 100 staff. Meagher's pride itself on delivering a personal and professional service to the local community in which it serves. Meagher's have won numerous national and local pharmacy and retail awards over the past fifteen years and is proud to say they have been voted a Great Place to Work for the second year running.

Our prescription ordering service is available in all Meaghers Pharmacy stores. You can order your prescription online and save time waiting for your prescription in-store!

To order your prescription, visit us online, choose the store where you would like to collect your medicines and fill in the prescription order form. If there are any questions in relation to your prescription one of the pharmacy team will contact you by phone. Once your prescription is ready the store will contact you by text message.

The Common Conditions service is now available at Meaghers Pharmacy!

The Common Conditions Service allows pharmacists to offer professional healthcare advice and treatment where appropriate for eight common illnesses. This service is designed to give you faster, more convenient access to safe, high-quality, pharmacist-led healthcare.

These common illnesses include:
- Allergic rhinitis & allergic conjunctivitis (2 years and over)
- Cold sores (1 month and over)
- Infective Conjunctivitis (6 months and over)
- Impetigo (2 months and older)
- Oral thrush (1 month and older)
- Shingles (18 years and over)
- Uncomplicated urinary tract infection (UTI) in women (16-64 years)
- Vulvovaginal thrush (16-60 years)
