I am a Dublin based Meditation\Mindfulness Teacher & Energy Healer. I am passionate about Well-being and have been practising meditation and energy work for over twelve years now. Some of my previous workshops have been in Wellbeing, Meditation, Mindfulness for Children, Reiki and Energy Healing in The Calm Rooms, Oscailt and The Dublin Wellness Centre. I am very excited to share the magic of meditation and healing with you through these turbulent times.
