I accompany individuals and groups of all ages through a holistic creative approach to psychotherapy that integrates body, mind and imagination as part of its practice.

The month of November resonates deeply within me. I was born on All Souls Day, and my inclination to dive into my own depths comes from my very strong Scorpio energies. So, I would like to open again the online heart space for one month, to come together and help you develop a daily practice that will support your own expansion. This is my offering:

THE INNER CAVE

MONTH OF NOVEMBER: ENERGY

A four-week energetic and creative inner process to connect and come into alignment with the sacred chamber of your heart, as we gently transition the shifting energies of Scorpio.

As we continue the descend into the dark half of the year, winter offers us another opportunity to encounter ourselves intimately, by entering into our inner silence, quieting the mind and allowing the heart to open.

These four weeks of practice will offer you resources to sustain you for the months to come.

I will share with you:
ancient energy techniques to heal and reinforce your physical and subtle bodies
gentle but deeply transformative breath of life work
butoh heart-dance and
journaling tools to connect to your inner child.

All of these practices will help you shed the accumulated density of everyday life and create space to inhabit your I AM.

What is The I AM?

Imagine the SELF that you are, imagine what could happen if you were able to let go of your personal story, even if for a moment, and move into a more expansive felt experience of Self. Imagine if you could follow your own creative inner voice, transform doubt into trust and fear into love, yes, The I AM would be revealed. Of course, this is a life’s work, it does not happen over night, but the mere intention to shift can be deeply transformative, all you need is to make a commitment with yourself, to take a moment everyday to meet yourself in your own inner cave, your own sacred heart chamber.

I will accompany you and guide you for four weeks, so that you can develop a daily practice that you can continue to take forward.

The sessions will be recorded, so you can re-watch them.

We start on Tuesday November 4th at 7.30PM. We will be together for about two hours.

The next dates are:

November 11th, 18th, 25th.

The full fee for the four weeks is 144 Euro.

This Monday we will have our encounter with the element Earth. Which helps us to gestate and create in the matter, manifest, anchor and ground ourselves. From the flow of water to the solidity of earth.

We will experience the deep holding of the Earth, embracing her and being embraced, allowing through deep embodiment to become one with her. Opening to feel our body as a fractal of the Earth. Witnessing and being witnessed.

My soul settles and through her waters I can flow, I am at peace. When tension arrives and the waters get stagnant we dance and witness each other in the beautiful vulnerability of exposure. Witnessing you, I witness myself.

Starting with the element water this Monday, 7PM at the LAB in Foley St. Dublin. A series of four workshops exploring the elements in us through ritual, butoh dance, voice vibration, and the embodiment of energy.

💦At the end of each session you will be given a reflective practice to keep integrating each element during the week.

🌱No experience in dance is needed, just a desire to fully connect within through ritual, voice and conscious movement.

Who do you see when you look at yourself in the mirror?
There is a inner child inside us all that is still unbroken, closer to the source and innocent. Healing comes from reconnecting with her, letting her remind you once more who you really are, and not what you have become.
