One study exploring reflexology in a workplace setting found:
✔️ 96% of participants showed improvement after reflexology was applied
✔️ Over half experienced a complete disappearance of stress symptoms after a course of sessions
✔️ Stress levels decreased significantly in those at high risk of work-related stress

And this isn’t an isolated finding…
Other research has also shown that reflexology can reduce work stress and anxiety levels, particularly in high-pressure roles like healthcare management

But here’s the important nuance:
👉 The effects can be temporary if sessions aren’t continued
👉 Regular treatments may be needed to maintain the benefits over time

So what does this tell us?
Reflexology isn’t just a one-off reset. It can be a consistent tool for managing stress, especially when built into a regular routine.

Because when stress is constant…
your support systems should be too.

Hi All
How are we doing?

Question from a client yesterday - Karen my feet feel really tender the past few weeks. Why is that?

In short - In reflexology our feet reflect our bodies.
When an area is tender and/or sensitive, it is telling us that the corresponding part of our bodies reflected on our feet isn’t at its best or working to the best of its ability. Many reasons why - your body maybe under strain (physically/emotionally/mentally) your nervous system out of sync, mobility issues, poor circulation etc. and quite often the main reason is STRESS unfortunately.

If this resonates with you, don’t sit there suffering. Why should you? Pop in for a reflexology consultation/chat. Let me help you 🙂.

This course was such an eye opener 👀

The link between the gut and the brain 🧠 your digestion, mood, health and even the way you think 💭
Did you know gut bacteria manufacture about 95% of the bodies supply of serotonin which influences both our mood and GI activity. We learned the scientific benefits of both prebiotics and probiotics. How they support our bodies by promoting good gut health, thanks to their ability to help improve digestion, constipation, diarrhoea, bloating and stomach aches from stress, food intolerances and underlying conditions. Also help improve sleep patterns, attention, memory, reasoning and thinking. And of course mental health.

I could write for hours about our lovely guts and brain connection 😊 👣.
