This course was such an eye opener 👀

The link between the gut and the brain 🧠 your digestion, mood, health and even the way you think 💭
Did you know gut bacteria manufacture about 95% of the bodies supply of serotonin which influences both our mood and GI activity. We learned the scientific benefits of both prebiotics and probiotics. How they support our bodies by promoting good gut health, thanks to their ability to help improve digestion, constipation, diarrhoea, bloating and stomach aches from stress, food intolerances and underlying conditions. Also help improve sleep patterns, attention, memory, reasoning and thinking. And of course mental health.

I could write for hours about our lovely guts and brain connection 😊 👣.

How many reflexology sessions do I need?

The frequency of reflexology treatments depends on your personal health goals and needs. For general wellness, one session every two to four weeks is typically sufficient to maintain balance and promote relaxation.

If you are addressing specific health concerns, I always recommend 8-10 sessions.
As your reflexologist I would work with you to determine the best plan for your specific needs.
