🌼Join me on the mat for my new Spring Yoga Course! 🌼
🌸 This new course will work on increasing your flexibility and improving your strength.
🌸 It will help you to get rid of any built up tension, along with helping you to calm the mind.
🌸 We'll do some strong but fun sequences, as well as some challenging balancing poses too.
🌸 Each class will end with some well deserved relaxation.
Suitable for beginners too!
