How adorable is my new great niece, Bonnie🎀

Cannot wait to have her on the next term of my Mellow Mama & Baby class starting Wednesday, 9th Oct.

Over a 4 week term, learn a full body massage sequence for your baby. Techniques to aid with digestion & wind. Mammies also get some tlc, which was hugely important for me to add on, so we will have some selfcare practices including reflexology for hormonal balance, mini meditation, breathwork, angel cards and as always finishing with tea, snacks & chats.

I'm back to my group tomorrow night after a long summer break, and I can't wait✨️

We gather together once a week to sip cacao, practice meditation, journal, pick angel cards but most importantly to take an hour to check in with ourselves in a supportive space & connect with others, creating community & filling up our inner cups🥰

My current group is full, but if this sounds like something you would be interested in for the Autumn/Winter seasons ahead, message me, and I can keep you updated.

New chakra healing meditation course✨️

Who: Small intimate group of like mind people to connect & journey through the chakras together while enjoying an hour of relaxation in a cosy healing space.

What: Each week we will focus on one chakra. There will be information about it, tips like oils & crystal uses, journal prompts and affirmations and of course the healing mediations will centre around it.

Where: Perrystown Dublin 12

When: Starts Tuesday 9th January and will run for 7 weeks on the same day & time. 7pm-8pm.

Cost: €140.
A deposit of €50 to secure your place and the balance can be paid off weekly.

Extras included: Gift pack of incense, crystals & oils. Herbal tea served weekly along with 1 cacao evening.
