If you’ve recently had a baby and are starting to think about gently adding some movement back into your week but aren’t quite sure where to begin, this class is for you.
This Mum & Baby Yoga class is suitable from 6 weeks after a vaginal birth and 10 weeks after a caesarean birth. Classes focus on post-natal recovery with carefully designed poses to build strength, release tension, and support your body in a safe, nurturing way. We also include simple breathing and relaxation techniques to help you feel grounded and de-streseed
Each week we enjoy baby rhymes and gentle stretches that you and your little one can share together, supporting bonding while delighting and engaging your baby 💕
The class is completely baby-led, so your baby can be fed, soothed, or changed whenever needed. You’re free to dip in and out of the practice, no pressure, just support.
☕ On-site café
Many mums love to stay afterwards for a cuppa and a chat. This community connection is a beautiful part of the class.
