🌬️ What did I do this morning? And why?
I spent 40 minutes in deep breathwork:
🌀 10 minutes of coherent breathing
🌀 10 minutes of deep coherent
🌀 10 minutes of deeper coherent
🌀 10 minutes of Divine Breathing (one breath per minute)
Why?
Because I believe it’s my responsibility to explore breathwork deeply…
and to share what I learn along the way. 🙏
It makes me feel incredible afterwards.
Calmer. Clearer. More grounded.
That said…
Divine Breathing is a real challenge.
It stretches me in many ways.
And here’s the truth:
Not everyone needs to practise this deeply.
Sometimes, just a few gentle minutes of breathing…

…is enough to calm the nervous system
