The Yoga Lounge Dublin Yoga Studio in the heart of Raheny village since 2013 . With some of Dublin’s finest teachers .

The Yoga Lounge is a Yoga studio that is dedicated to all Levels and all styles of Yoga and is somewhere everyone can feel comfortable and belong. Whether you have practiced Yoga before or if it’s your first class you can find a class on our schedule to suit your needs. We have a dynamic range of specialist teachers that teach Vinyasa & Ashtanga Yoga for those that enjoy a challenging yoga class & Hot Yoga during the winter months we also offer Hatha Yoga, Slow Yoga & Yin Yoga for those that enjoy a slightly more slower paced class. We also run pregnancy yoga twice a week with our experienced prenatal teachers. All of our classes are open level suitable if you are a beginner or have practiced yoga before. Our beautiful spacious 910 square foot yoga studio in the heart of Raheny Village has been purpose built to offer space and comfort when practicing yoga. Our Yoga studio is heated using Infrared radiant heaters which is a proven therapeutic and safe heating system used in applications such as baby incubators and operating theatres.

This weekend will be a certified 10 hour training with yoga alliance uk . And you will receive a certificate of attendance.

About the wkend -

Vinyāsa-krama & a therapeutic yoga session .

Vinyasa Krama Yoga is a structured, breath-synchronized yoga practice that links movement and breath through systematic sequences (kramas) to build towards a peak pose or goal, blending dynamic flow with mindful progression for strength, flexibility, and mental focus, originating from the teachings of T. Krishnamacharya. It involves deliberate “ordered placement” (vinyasa) of poses, progressing from simpler to more complex, creating a moving meditation that calms the mind while conditioning the body.

Sat 18 April
11am-1800pm
With a 1hr lunch and short afternoon tea break.

Sunday 11am-1330pm
Continues.

Total 10 hrs includes manual to take home and includes some self study .

Full fee is €350

Early bird available €320 if paid In full on booking .

Ease into your Bank Holiday Monday with a deeply nourishing 90-minute Yang to Yin workshop designed to help you feel restored, rested, and gently energised.

We’ll begin with a grounding meditation, followed by simple breathwork and mindful movement to awaken the body and ease you into the day. From there, the practice gradually slows down, guiding you into longer-held, passive yin-style poses that invite deep rest, release, and a more mindful connection with the body.

The session will close with a delicious Yoga Nidra (yogic sleep), allowing your nervous system to fully unwind and integrate the practice — leaving you feeling grounded, spacious, and quietly energised.

A beautiful way to gift yourself time, movement, and rest on a Bank Holiday Monday, and to set yourself up gently for the week ahead.

Theme: Feel clean, light and energetic after this detox style class. In this class we will spend time kick starting the natural detoxifying processes of the body by placing emphasis on twists, forward folds, backbends and hip openers.

Twisting yoga postures restore your spine & natural range of motion; they also detox your organs and stimulate circulation. When we twist in yoga, blood rushes to the digestive organs of the body, flushing them clean and rinsing out blockages.

Twists open and stretch the spine, IT band, hips, neck, shoulders and ease any tension from the lower back. What you can expect in this all levels class: Plenty of sweat to clear your pores, detox your muscles and all of the connective tissues around your joints . Hip-openers and twists to cleanse and release any negative energy residing within the body and shake off toxins both physical and emotional .

Ending with a long deep guided relaxation .
