Breathe Mama Mini retreat ✨️ 💕

This is an invitation for you to relax and unwind this Saturday, the 17th of June, at 11 am and to finally take a deep breath 😌

I was waiting and holding back many times to do this. Should I do this 🤔 or should i not, but I realised that there is so much needed to do this work for mothers here in Dublin North side ❤️ as we all forget to stop and take care of ourselves, when we have many tasks to complete and feed others with food and love and our time often goes to everyone else, but not ourselves.

This is the time to take care of You, Mama ❤️ because no one will do this for you. Only you need to give yourself permission and allow you to just be yourself and let others take care of you 💕

I have also been taking time to take care of me, and that's why I wasn't here too often as I needed to take a break to look after myself. I am learning how to do that on a regular basis so I will never deplete my energy 😌 It's practice of a daily routine of self care that I will share with you on the day ✨️ I have prepared for you a beautiful morning feeled with love ❤️ care 💖 magical sound journey of sound bath with my talented friend ✨️ and a warm cup of cacao to help you to relax even more and connect to your heart space ❤️

I have been dreaming about this moment ✨️ to start my own Yin Yoga classes 🧘‍♀️ 🤗🙏
I had a pleasure to study Yin Yoga and Meditation teacher training in December 2021 with school in India and finally after a year of my self practice and teaching random classes in difrent comunity centres i finally found perfect space in Santry very close to my house 🏠
I literally manifest this 🙌 with one of the Moon 🌙 phases last year ✌️ Yes manifesting really works ✨️

Yin ☯️ Yoga is a practice of going in (going inside) as we will hold poses for a minimum of 3min up to 6min or more and work on observing our mind and our thoughts with a beautiful candlelight setting 🕯 to really relax, unwind and to let go of any stagnant energy especially from our hips and our back 🙌
This is a save space to just feel and accept ✨️ 😌

Classes are beginning on Wednesday the 18th of January at 6pm and will be running each week.

Cost: 15e drop in or 75e for 6 weeks

Building a house with my daughter 💕
Creating connection ✨️
It was not always like that, as I struggled with my depression for over 2 years, but I not always show that to others 😔
I learned how to express my feelings now without judging or holding into that feeling, and I am teaching the same to my daughter to feel ❤️
Remember to feel ❤️ whatever it will arise in you just feel. You can always transform darkness into light ✨️

I am so excited 🤗 to share with you about my new offerings in January in this beautiful space in Santry 💜
Starting next week 19th of January with beginners Pilates classes on every Thursday from 6.30pm till 7.30pm with option to book for the course or do the drop in class 🙌

This classes are suitable for women in general from new mothers to woman that had been having more then few children and would like to regain some balance and improve their posture or simply to tone up their body and improve their inner pelvic floor and general core strength. Also this class is very gentle and suitable for woman that going through a menopause 🙏 or over 55 years old also are very welcome 🙏

Karolina has been studying with Stott Pilates and has been teaching over 10 years to various types of people from fit and healthy to elderly and disabled people, she is also a mother herself and has been working with pre🤰and postnatal👩‍🍼clients for the last couple of years, so if you need any adjustments or modifications during the classes she will help you to gain your confidence and have fun along the way 😉
