After your consultation, remedies can collected from my clinic, can be posted directly to you, or you can pick them up from a local homeopathic pharmacy if that’s quicker or more convenient.

✨ My Travel Homeopathy Essentials ✨
On my recent India trip, these were the remedies I reached for the most:

• Arnica – helped me unwind after the long flight / jet lag
• Apis – my go-to for those holiday bites
• Ipecac – super handy during 5 hours of winding mountain roads
• Dr. Reckeweg travel mix – extra support on long journeys (well used by the whole group! 😂)
• Hypericum & Calendula tinctures – for general skin comfort and any little issues that popped up
• Calendula cream – really soothed my bite-covered feet
• 2 x kits – my “just in case” companions for anything unexpected

Having my mix of remedies with me gave me so much peace of mind throughout the trip ✈️💛

I’ve just returned from the most beautiful Yoga & Ayurvedic Retreat in India 🙏🏻

My days were filled with:
