Conor Kenny NMT

Neuromuscular & Manual Therapist With over 9 years of experience in the health and fitness industry.

I offer a comprehensive, results-driven approach to injury treatment and performance optimisation. I specialise in manual therapy, injury-specific treatment, and the design of personalised rehabilitation programmes.

My treatments also incorporate dry needling, dry cupping, and Fascial Stretch Therapy to restore mobility, reduce pain, and enhance recovery.

Alongside my therapy qualifications, I am a certified personal trainer and strength & conditioning, with experience in online coaching. This combination allows me to support clients through every stage of their recovery and performance journey--both in person and remotely.
