🎃 Option 1 - Slow & Steady!
A gentle transition is an great choice for a lot of us. Bedtime will slowly creep later for several days before the clocks officially go back back.
👻Start by adjusting nap and bedtimes by 10-15 or so minutes about 4 to 7 days before. They will hopefully be fully adjusted by Sunday night when the clocks have turned back
🎃Option 2 - Fly by the seat of your pants!
If you don't want to or have forgotten to prep, just go with with it!
👻Change the clocks back an hour before you go to bed on Saturday night, wake up on Sunday morning (crossing fingers and toes that the kids sleep in a little longer) and adjust the schedule immediately to the new time. If your baba is adaptable this may work quite well!
