Let it out....Let that rubbish GOOOO...

Nothing is more damaging...

It not only changes who we are as a Human...it also changes how we think and look and feel for others. Why?

If there was such a name to order and take away...would you?

People pleasing or let's be more to the point....Requiring external validation and external appreciation....if this resonates...How is that working out for you?

Most of us love a coffee in the morning, it is supposed to wake one up. We drink coffee for taste and our body situation...this is normal right.

When one is a people pleaser.. it is like drinking coffee when you want to sleep or when you want to drink something else. Never happy...never content.

Jersey weather today...

BUT still beautiful...It's whatever way we choose to look at things is important in this life.

So it got me thinking....

When fog falls, we instantly slow down. We drive carefully. We switch the lights on. We pay attention. We become alert, aware, cautious. We respect the conditions because we know one wrong move in low visibility can cause harm. No one argues with fog. No one speeds through it blindly. We adjust. We take responsibility. We protect ourselves and others.

Yet when there’s fog in our own minds....confusion, overthinking, fear, stress, worries, anxiety the list is endless we do the opposite. We rush decisions. We react. We complicate simple things. We speak when we should pause. We act when we should breathe. Mother Nature creates fog and we treat it with caution… but when our thoughts are clouded, we risk something far more powerful than the external environment our peace, our relationships, our wellbeing.

Isn’t that something?

If physical fog demands awareness to avoid injury, then mental fog demands even greater awareness to avoid damage. When your head is clouded, that is not the time to accelerate. That is the time to slow down. Get a grip on it. To clear the windscreen of your thinking and emotions. To wait until visibility returns and your head is clear to drive forward.

Fog is natural. So are emotions. But neither are meant to control you or hold you back... make you suffer and stop you from going in the right direction.

Slow down. Clear the fog. Then move forward with Clarity.

Ohhhh… the POWER of closed doors and New beginnings!

Life is a constant of doors opening and doors closing. And sometimes, we find ourselves standing right in front of a closed door, hesitating, questioning, holding on. And then what.... OH YES THATS US BEING HELD BACK????

There is Power in choosing to close certain doors especially the ones that lead to negativity, pain, unhappiness OR more to the point just not working out for us.

🔒 Close Doors with Intention
If a door from your past or present carries negativity, distress, hurt, pain and unhappiness be brave enough to close it firmly and lock it. Why keep revisiting what drains you makes you unhappy and is just not working out for you? Every glance back only prolongs the impact on your well-being. Look forward instead. Focus on your growth and walk boldly toward what’s next… it’s so much brighter on this side.

🚪 And for sure....Every Ending Is a New Beginning
Life moves in cycles wins and losses, happiness and sorrow. Embrace it. Every closed door is not a failure guys and gals or a bad thing; it’s a way to move forward again to begin again. Things won’t always go to plan, but every experience should be a great learning in our awareness that strengthens who we are. Trust it. Just go for it. JUST DO IT!!

Always remember challenges and losses are part of the human experience. Don’t let them break you let them build you up to be the best version you deserve to be. What once felt like a setback allot of the time becomes a blessing in disguise.

🚪 Lastly....The Power Is Always Yours
When one door closes, countless others exist. The power always lies in your choice and How You Think!!!. Choose doors that align with your truth, your values, and your happiness. Closing a door with clarity it’s a conscious decision to move forward without regret.

Choose your doors wisely. Lock them with the right intention. And walk into the next one with a smile.

The rate at which You adapt to change is the true rate of Growth...

Every shift, challenge, ending, or unexpected turn is asking something of us: to grow, not to stay the same. When we resist change, we stay stuck. When we adapt, we Evolve.

Growth doesn’t come from comfort or routine; it comes from how quickly and consciously we respond when life asks us to move, rethink, and rise. Those who grow the most are not the ones with the easiest lives, but the ones willing to let go of what no longer fits and step into what’s next before fear convinces them otherwise.

If Monday had feelings.....

It would probably feel completely rejected and not loved by millions!!! All because it gives us new day....so many don't want to face...what is that all about?

Or we can turn that baseless headspace right around and....
Give it some love....get a grip of ourselves and see it for what it is.... another day we get to live...we just have to choose what to do with the days and time we have....because it's all we own!! TIME!

Don’t let going to work or whatever you have to do make you feel disconnected with the precious day we will not see again... or any negative thoughts or imagined situations about the week ahead stress you out or make you feel down. Most of the little “rubbish” scenarios we play out in our minds never happen. It's just mind drama... no winning that game.

Whatever the week brings…Bring IT!

A happy life begins with one thing....Believing in yourself and in your Ability to create it.

It’s the willingness to get back up again and again after setbacks, challenges, or moments where you thought you failed, all the while staying committed to the life you truly want.

It’s the will to keep going, driven by the beautiful energy of believing in yourself, no matter what you’ve faced in the past or are facing right now. That belief is what brings you to your true breakthroughs. Your beliefs bring you to your vision, making it stronger and clearer, and you no longer care how many times things didn’t work out. You know you are on it now indefinitely until it does.

Good morning....

To be awake and fresh is so critical for our life .. right? Imagine a life that we lived half sleepy and half awake ... It would be one of pure chaos and under utilised potential.. right?

Being awake after we have had a deep sleep experience.. is great! Maybe coffee will help! Even though I doubt it will.

But when you want to stay Awake and Be Your highest self .. just waking up won't do! You have to Truly Awaken - by realising and discovering your Real Self.

Don't Just wake up ... Truly AWAKEN!

Letting Go…

It’s not easy for so many out there stuck in the past...

Why do we hold so tightly to the past when it is already gone? There is something so beautiful and powerful about looking back, seeing things for what they truly were, understanding them, and then choosing to let them go with Clarity.

So many people struggle in life not because of what happened, but because we refuse to release it. If we don’t let go, how can you grow?

Yes, facing the past can seem painful. But staying in it that's pain at another level right? Why stay in pain when freedom is possible? Imagine how beautiful life would feel if we finally released what no longer serves us.

Don’t let your past rob you of your future. We need to let that rubbish go because the sooner we do, the faster we will grow. Life is one continuous learning process, and the very first step forward always begins with Self.

Take charge. You have every right to be free, to live a happier, meaningful life without your past dragging you back.

Be True to who you really are...you are not your past...only if you allow yourself to be.

The Bad choices in Life....

Relationships one of many bad choices we can make through our life....Why do we allow ourselves to stay in situations that break us? The red flags are coming in at every corner....but we still stay...what to suffer??

Why do we keep staying in unhappiness, exist in something that no longer feels right...only to feel regret later… and then we have a bigger issue.....when children are involved? Children feel everything, and they carry the long-term weight of what adults avoid. Is this right?

I support so many adults, children, teenagers, families who are struggling because of challenges at home, unhappy relationships, and emotional disconnection. Is this fair to anyone involved? Absolutely not.
So why let it continue?

If nothing changes, the outcome is painfully predictable:
Pain. Upset. Rejection. Sadness. Anger. Frustration. Desperation. Loneliness. Obligation. Regret. Guilt. Blame....And the list only grows.

You know something....
There is nothing more powerful than two people choosing to rebuild together or choosing to rebuild themselves separately with clarity, peace, and self-worth. And again, when children are part of the picture, taking charge SHOULD become a priority, not an option.
They didn’t ask to be brought into this world.
They deserve the happiest version of you if it be together or apart.

Choose happiness. Choose clarity. Choose change...for your children and for yourself.
