The last thing I wanted to do today was go hiking. On the hour long drive into Wicklow in the wind and rain all I could think was "Why am I doing this", "I must be crazy", "I don't want to go", "I could just turn back.."

Meeting a group of weather clad hikers with friendly faces and good energies, happy to share a chat and company to support each other trudging through mud, rivers and the elements on this winters day is a special experience.

Back home, showered and sugared, in front of the fire, I'm so grateful I didn't turn back. Sometimes we just need a little push past our comfort zone to do the best we can on any given day and it feels so good to face a challenge and win!

❄️Here are our Top Tips for staying well in Winter!

Get out for some fresh air every day - we need fresh air to counteract the effects of central heating and less (no!) windows being open at this time of year.

Eat a nutrient dense diet to ensure levels of essential vitamins and minerals are consumed.

Consider supplementing with Vitamin C, D & zinc for starters. Ensure you get good quality supplements and not those bulked out with fillers.

Stay well hydrated to combat feeling tired and sluggish and to keep the brain alert.

Do exercise that breaks out a bit of a sweat to boost your white blood cells and reduce stress hormones.

Get enough sleep (7-8 hours) to allow the immune system to do important protective work during the night.

Do you already do these things during the winter?

Which do you find it easiest and hardest to do?

🌸 Feeling Stuck, Overwhelmed or Just "Not Yourself"?
Bach Flower Remedies are gentle yet powerful plant-based supports that work beautifully alongside Systematic Kinesiology to bring balance back to your emotional and energetic system.

Right now, many people are experiencing:
✨ Decision fatigue
✨ Burnout from holding everything together
✨ Emotional overwhelm that doesn’t seem to have a “cause”

These remedies don't mask symptoms—they help shift the emotional patterns beneath them.

In Systematic Kinesiology sessions, we often muscle test to find exactly which remedy your body is asking for—whether it's Elm for overwhelm, Wild Oat for lack of direction, or Rescue Remedy for immediate emotional support.

💫 Your body knows what it needs. Let's help it tell the story.

✨ Did you know kinesiology supports more than just the physical body?

Kinesiology uses gentle muscle testing to uncover where your body may be out of balance and then applies non-invasive corrections to restore homeostasis (balance).

Our approach looks at the whole person, not just the symptoms, because these are often the tip of the iceberg!

In addition to the physical/structural body, we also support emotional/mental health, energetic and biochemical imbalances.

We can find out where there might be vitamin and mineral deficiencies, as well as carrying out food sensitivity testing.

Whether you’re feeling burnt out, bloated, or emotionally overwhelmed, kinesiology helps restore balance naturally.

Which area of your health would you most love support with right now?
