💻🪑 Are you stuck at your desk all day? Let’s talk movement!

Did you know that staying in one position for too long can lead to stiffness, poor posture, and even aches and pains? Whether you’re working from home or in the office, integrating movement into your day is essential for your physical health.

Here are some tips to keep your body happy:
1️⃣ Set a Timer: Every 30–60 minutes, stand up, stretch, or walk around.
2️⃣ Adjust Your Setup: Ensure your desk, chair, and screen are ergonomically aligned.
3️⃣ Stretch at Your Desk: Simple stretches like shoulder rolls, neck stretches, and wrist circles can make a big difference.
4️⃣ Rehydrate and Reset: Use drink breaks as a reason to get up and move.
