A little peak into some Music Therapy Sessions with group in Navan.

Connect has been running music therapy groups here for the past few months.

🪘 Drumming has been a favourite intervention working on motor function improvement, attention, cognitive rehabilitation and impulse control. Drumming in this way stimulates neuroplasticity helping the brain to reorganise and form new connections

We have also been songwriting, singing and so much more🎶
