TB to a few weeks before show time...MAN I miss my back shredz...they're still there, just under a layer of BodyFat atm. The training is back on track now though and the calories have been cut and regular cardio is back on the cards too. Time to get back to business! (I miss the old layout)

***THROWBACK*** To the night before .pro and dehydrated TF!! Abs were on point even with stretchmarks but HEY they're my tiger strips because I'm a god damn fierce mother and nothing will stop me, you think some loose skin is going to stop me winning??? Hells no!!!
I felt sheer excitment at this time, 18 weeks of prep and had never been in this shape before HOWEVER I can get in better shape than this I know I can and I will! 🏅💯Benidorm in 9 weeks .... time to get in proper shape!!! in October IM COMING FOR YOU! I got my incredible nail genius my hair stylist and my make up will be done by ran by my fab client and friend

Shout out to my Physio and Friend for sorting me out over the last week.....the downfalls of hard training and not cooling down (guilty) is muscle tightness which develops to joint problems and all sorts. My issues are tight glutes which affects my hips and also the thoracic region of my back.
This Dude sorts me out every time!
If you need a physio give him a shout 👌✌

How Many Times a day do you take time to appreciate the body you have?
Yes we all have days were bloated and feelin fluffy but appreciating the part of the body you DO like (your never fail body part) will bring up your mood. It may be as simple as your Brows are on fleek or if you can't fit into your jeans blame the b***y gains like I do😂
Or lads may be appreciating a Big Calf day (pssh that'll never happen 🤣🤣🤣 JKs)
Take the time right now and focus on the Positives and go train that body!

SO THIS HAPPENED LAST NIGHT!!
First time ever Power Clean and Jerk training with and I reached 60kg!!! The rest of lifts were very clean, this was my only wobble Thank god 🙈
My Traps are in hooly hoop today. Man it feels good to be lifting heavy and beasting it again in the gym. 👊
Its a pity this post wont get an eight of the attention that A stage Bikini will...😏
