The logo symbol itself is the Celtic Trinity Knot which symbolises the 3 major elements of YourHealth and Wellness - Physical, Mental and Social. VentureToHealth attends to each of the 3 points of YourHealth; Physical - the focus on the health of your body, mobility, flexibility, posture and fitness. Mental - the focus on the health of your emotional and motivational wellness. Social - the focus on the health of your relationships with food, family and friends. Another part of the VentureToHealth ethos, like the Trinity Knot is it’s never ending!
