I will be teaching Pre-Natal Yoga Classes at Nurturing mamas - gentlebirth instructor in Naas, Co. Kildare beginning 3rd March, 2014.

Classes available on:

Monday's 10:00 - 11:00 am and 11:30 am - 12:30 pm

Friday's 10:00 - 11:00 am and 11:30 am - 12:30 pm

€100 for 6 weeks

All stages of pregnancy welcome. No prior yoga experience necessary.

Yoga is a wonderful and effective way to prepare for the birthing experience. The Benefits of Pre-Natal yoga include:

* learning to breathe deeply and relax
* improve balance and circulation
* relieve tension and discomfort
* increase energy and endurance

I have experience in teaching yoga, including pre-natal yoga for over six years in the Dublin and Kildare area. I look forward to working with you and guiding you through this special time.
