Just over an hour ago i would have rathered stick a fork in my eye than train 😧 and now its done πŸ’ͺ people think because you are a personal trainer training comes easy everyday .. it doesnt! You need to learn how to push yourself to failure experience that feeling of success at the end and chase it everyday, in training, in work, in life. Amazing how much of an effect seeing some progress has on your day! Feeling tired, aggitated & bloated all week. Too tired to train too stubborn to rest πŸ˜‚ so even tho my training felt like i was just floating around the gym, my sleep has felt like blinks and i am fit to kill anyone who gets in my way of food, my hardwork is paying off πŸ’ͺThanks for taking my bodyfat and giving me the boost i needed 😊

Little progress pic of my own πŸ’ͺπŸ‘± Eating clean, Weight training five days a week & Cardio twice a week. 5 months between each photo but ive only started being strict on myself in the last few weeks! In the past few years Ive tried every fad diet you can think of, weight loss pills & fat burners but i had to learn for myself that none of them work! They only make you feel negative about food and life in general! Eating clean, training hard, enjoying what you do and learning to be happy with yourself is key πŸ‘Œ
