We seem to run our life's in auto pilot so often , even when we are on holiday , we still need to be in auto pilot and switched on and aware . When we return from holiday , we remain in auto pilot, but at a more intense level , looking after our family's, and preparing for the start of a new school term . So my offer to you , is too provide you with a safe space where you can relax and switch off , come out of auto pilot , and just be present for yourself, putting yourself first , and to secondly receive a treatment, Energy Healing, Reiki or intuitive healing session, at a very reasonable price .
