Removing the roadblocks!
Three days on the coast of Ireland brought Sales, Product, R&D, Logistics and Marketing into one room with one aim: align on vision and strategy, then plan with purpose.

Our team chose our focus markets for 2026 and beyond, explored new products and new markets, and turned direction into practical plans. We also looked at how to work better with our distributing partners, cutting friction with quicker responses and clearer points of contact, and lining up concise training and materials the field can use straight away.

What I valued most was the human side. The Tonisity core team challenged each other, created together and kept the tone serious yet convivial. Ideas moved, roadblocks moved, and the team left with the energy you only get face to face. Thank you to everyone who travelled and contributed.
