Flexibility is often seen as the goal in yoga, but in truth it’s a result of a thoughtful and consistent practice.

One of the most common things I see is students trying to “push” their flexibility. Pulling deeper, forcing a stretch, or comparing their body to someone else’s.
But real flexibility in yoga doesn’t come from force, it comes from patience, strength, breath, and awareness.

Be consistent, be patient and be kind to yourself.

Setting an intention to your practice doesn't need to be big or poetic, it's a reminder for you to take trough the class of what you want to carry with you.
It could be ease, patience, strength, presence, peace...

On the mat your intention becomes your anchor.
Off the mat it becomes a way of living.

It is the whisper that guides you how to breath, respond, and show up for your day to day.

🎯 The goal is to return to it with awareness, forget sticking perfectly to it, life happens!
