Setting an intention to your practice doesn't need to be big or poetic, it's a reminder for you to take trough the class of what you want to carry with you.
It could be ease, patience, strength, presence, peace...

On the mat your intention becomes your anchor.
Off the mat it becomes a way of living.

It is the whisper that guides you how to breath, respond, and show up for your day to day.

• Begin with feet wide apart, parallel to mat edges.
• Hinge from hips with a long spine.
• Twist from your core, not just arms.
