1. Primeiro, consiga uma oferta de emprego

Você deve ter uma oferta de emprego confirmada de um empregador irlandês antes de solicitar um visto de trabalho.

O empregador geralmente precisa solicitar uma Autorização de Trabalho (Employment Permit) em seu nome.

Você não pode solicitar um visto de trabalho sem uma oferta de emprego válida.

2. O empregador solicita a Autorização de Trabalho

Existem diferentes tipos de autorizações, dependendo do seu cargo e qualificações.
As duas principais são:

Critical Skills Employment Permit (Autorização para Profissões de Alta Qualificação)

Destinada a profissões altamente qualificadas e em alta demanda (por exemplo: engenheiros, profissionais de TI, saúde, etc.).

Válida por 2 anos, renovável.

Permite que sua família se junte a você na Irlanda.

General Employment Permit (Autorização de Trabalho Geral)

Destinada à maioria dos empregos que não estão na lista de profissões de alta qualificação.

Válida por 2 anos, renovável.

O empregador deve comprovar que nenhum trabalhador da UE/EEE estava disponível para o cargo.
