A new 8-week Ladies Only Pilates Course is starting this March at Devine Fitness, Coolock.
Pilates focuses on building the foundations of a strong, supported body by improving:
• Core stability
• Posture
• Back strength
• Mobility and control
• Injury prevention
• Strength and movement quality as your body ages.
It’s suitable for beginners and anyone who wants to feel stronger, move better, and take care of their body long term.
Course options:
• Tuesday nights – 8pm (starts March 24th) – €95
• Thursday nights – 8pm (starts March 26th) – €95
You can also attend both nights each week for €149.
Spaces for the two-night option are very limited.
Deposit to secure your place:
• €20 deposit – one night per week
• €30 deposit – two nights per week
Only a few spots remain on each night.
