I had the most amazing wellness, massage & fascia workshop with the fantastic Logitech team in Cork last month! 🌿✨
Together, we explored grounding breathwork, fascia release techniques, posture alignment, and simple self-massage movements to help reduce tension, stress and emotional build-up in the body.
Many thanks to Alison and Marian for helping to organise this workshop in Cork, and to the Logitech team for taking part.
Connecting with people through workshops like this inspires me, and I would be delighted to bring a similar wellness experience to your company or team.
