Community-based affordable counselling for Finglas and the surrounding area. Self-referral. No medical referral is needed.

FSN is a non-governmental support network that delivers affordable counselling for the price of a small donation. We strive to help people to overcome their daily struggles and reduce su***des. We also provide information about resources and organisations operating in the North Dublin area. Confidentiality is at the core of our services, and we fully comply with Data Protection regulations. From premises provided by Dublin City Council at 46-47 Mellowes Court Finglas the FSN with help from the Tolka Area Partnership (TAP), the Fingal Centre, the HSE, FSN Counselling Service offer counselling services by appointment

Mission Statement

FSN focuses on improving the mental well-being of the community, with a particular emphasis on supporting people at risk of su***de. FSN seeks to raise awareness around su***de prevention by offering positive life’s skills alternatives, so su***de is not used as a definitive solution for resolvable life’s difficulties. FSN envisions a mentally strong and resilient community where people are inspired to sustain a collective, supportive response towards su***de prevention in Finglas and surrounding areas.

Next Saturday, November 22nd. We'll be linking in with our good friend to host a wellness yoga session for the community 🧘‍♀️🧘‍♂️

The session will start at 1pm, Saturday, November 22nd and will take place in the Rivermount Fc Hall,
St Helena's Rd, Finglas South, Dublin 11.

This session is open to all in the community. It will be 1 hour in duration, suitable for all fitness levels and age groups & we hope all participants can join us afterward for complimentary tea, coffee, biscuits, and chats.

October Wellness Event 🚶‍♀️🚶‍♂️☕️

Today we met with our good from for a Wellness Walk & Talk in Johnstown Park. What a great morning it was🚶‍♂️🚶‍♀️🌳 well done to all involved 👏

The group meet every Monday and Thursday at 10am in Johnstown Park and is open to anyone from community to join in for a walk and talk with a great group of people.

Planning is underway for our November Yoga Wellness Event 🧘‍♂️🧘‍♀️ keep an eye on our social media pages for the full details over the next few days 💙

At 11.30am the Fsn team will lay flowers at our rememberance bench located at the civic offices in finglas behind the swimming pool.
