It’s all in the bag, the cream tote bag, the goodie bags will include some fab healthy items but also a “six use towel” which you can after your shower, a practise towel will be provided for those travelling out of town. Also an extra six use towel for people with long hair😀please bring your own mats🧘‍♀️🎉🧘‍♀️

we are a 30 minute taxi ride from the airport but if you want to see something of the city, the 16 bus goes at least every 15 minutes and you will have a Birds Eye view of the city, shotgun on the upper deck😀it goes within 100 metres of the Clayton Charlemont for which we have a 15% discount code for attendees.
As you come down O’Connell street you will pass the spire, affectionately dubbed the stiletto in the ghetto, you will cross O’Connell bridge, wider than it is long , but it is the banter on the bus that will keep you entertained.
