There is so much War and Violence in our world right now, so many children, women and men are dying as a result. It is so overwhelming that we often feel powerless to help yet the love we can send out to the world each day brings the greatest healing. So I am inviting you to join the White Feather Healing Community and take a few minutes each day to bathe these children and their families in the colours in the photo or in a glowing white light of healing or whatever image feels right to you. Take a few minutes to close your eyes and visualise this open blossom in your mind, in your heart and in your tummy. Stress gives rise to tightness in your cells. Seeing an open blossom in your cells over and over supports the release of stress and tension and promotes feelings of wellbeing.

As a gift to the global community at this time, White Feather Healing has created a What's App healing / meditation group. There are two healing meditations posted each week, one on Mondays and one on Thursdays. Our community group has almost 100 members and is open to those that are new to guided meditation and also to those who meditate regularly.

Many years ago, I was on holiday in Turkey with my soulmate, we took a trip up a steep mountain road in a taxi, to visit a place about 7k from Selcuk, which was advertised as Marymana's (Mother Mary) last home. I think of myself as spiritual but not religious and was definitely not prepared for the powerful healing energies I felt there.

Her last home was tiny and now housed a little alter to her. I discovered people visited there, tied pieces of cloth on the trees and asked for her help with traumas in their lives. I felt so moved by the feelings of love and healing here, that I cried, beneath my sunglasses, in the back of the taxi, all the way down the mountain.

It wasn't until I heard Hauser play the Ave Maria last night, that I recalled this, so as I listened, I wrapped Mother Mary's blue cloak around our front line health staff, around the families of the bereaved, around the fear and shock of our Irish community and around the world and I asked for love and healing for the entire world. I feel the need to do this again and again. You are welcome to join me and to ask others to join us, if you wish. Thank you.
