💙This is a post of deep gratitude after a long emotional week💙

💙Anyone who knows me knows I love colour. Today I was inspired to wear gold and black. On reflection embracing the season of Samhain - winter with the black, Gold a reminder of the Summer - Bealtaine and the light that is still present. Although I did not consciously choose this today it is now what I see. Gratitude to my inner knowing for that choice.
🙏My client who thanked me for my guidance and help and hoped all my clients appreciated the gift I offered through therapy. This really made me appreciate the privilege I have been given to do the work I do.
💙Finally for the man in Tescos for stopping me to say “I hope you don’t mind me stopping you but I just want to say you look fabulous. It’s so wonderful to see someone sparkle in the supermarket.”
🙏My reason for posting is to remind everyone who reads this that words can have such a profound effect on someone’s day. Words are wands and can weave magic. So I just want to acknowledge the effect the words that lifted my spirits today. I came home lighter, happier and with a deep sense of purpose.
💙 This is not a post about me but a post about how when we speak with authenticity and from the heart the difference it can make. AND how words can change someone’s day. Never underestimate the power of your words.
