💙Anyone who knows me knows I love colour. Today I was inspired to wear gold and black. On reflection embracing the season of Samhain - winter with the black, Gold a reminder of the Summer - Bealtaine and the light that is still present. Although I did not consciously choose this today it is now what I see. Gratitude to my inner knowing for that choice.

🙏My client who thanked me for my guidance and help and hoped all my clients appreciated the gift I offered through therapy. This really made me appreciate the privilege I have been given to do the work I do.

💙Finally for the man in Tescos for stopping me to say “I hope you don’t mind me stopping you but I just want to say you look fabulous. It’s so wonderful to see someone sparkle in the supermarket.”

🙏My reason for posting is to remind everyone who reads this that words can have such a profound effect on someone’s day. Words are wands and can weave magic. So I just want to acknowledge the effect the words that lifted my spirits today. I came home lighter, happier and with a deep sense of purpose.

💙 This is not a post about me but a post about how when we speak with authenticity and from the heart the difference it can make. AND how words can change someone’s day. Never underestimate the power of your words.

Beautiful way to end one week and start a new week with

Perfect from start to finish - rest and relax in the Spa. Delicious food and drink in the restaurant. Sleep and talk into the night in the most comfortable rooms. Super friendly staff. Gorgeous nature walks on the grounds. I’ll definitely be back. I feel like a new woman.

Birthday celebrations continued over the weekend. Started on Wednesday, my actual Birthday, in Dublin and continued all the way to Ghent. This is 58. I’m celebrating every experience. New & Old. Beginnings & Endings. Grateful for the memory making.

First visit ever to Belgium and I got to experience the beauty and magic of Ghent.

Such a special morning visiting the Oratory of the Sacred Heart in Dun Laoghaire - Sacred indeed. Breathtaking experience.

It’s open only a few times a year and now for . If you haven’t been it’s well worth a visit.

What a legacy to leave behind. Sr Concepta Lynch who dedicated and devoted 16 years of her life to painting it. Taking inspiration from Celtic Art and the work of her Father Thomas J. Lynch - King of Celtic Art. The stained glass windows are by Harry Clarke.
