Prana Reflexology Catherine Smith is a Reflexologist based in Dublin. She practices the Manzanares Method of Reflexology and hosts Dr Manzaneras' courses in Ireland.

She is a CranioSacral Reflexology teacher who studied under the late Dr Martine Faure Alderson. Catherine Smith is a qualified Reflexologist since 2002. She trained with Carol Donnelly and Terry Kenny at Suaimhneas School of Reflexology. She trained in Cranio-Sacral Reflexology in 2007 and later as a Cranio Sacral Reflexology teacher with Martine Faure-Alderson. Catherine studied the Manzanares Method of Reflexology with Dr. Jesus Manzanares in 2017 and now hosts and organises Reflexology courses for Dr Manzanares when he teaches in Ireland. Catherine was first attuned to Reiki in 2000 and is a Reiki Master since 2004

Catherine has been involved in teaching adult education since 2004 and in 2010 earned an Honours Degree in Training and Education
