Agri-Lloyd Ireland is delighted to announce the appointment of Niall Devane as our new Regional Sales Manager.

A native of Straffan, Co. Kildare, Niall brings a wealth of experience to the role. Having spent his entire career in sales—most recently within the IT sector—he has a strong track record of leading and managing successful teams across both the UK and Ireland.

Niall also carries a deep-rooted passion for agriculture, coming from three generations of farmers involved in beef and sheep production. Alongside his professional career, he continues to run a pedigree Angus herd supplying breeding stock throughout the past 8 years

We are thrilled to welcome Niall to the Agri-Lloyd team and look forward to the expertise and energy he will bring to our growing business.

We were proud sponsors again last Thursday night of the Laois/Offaly Friesian Breeders Silage Competition 2025.

The night started with two brilliant guest speakers Darragh Callanan, Lavallyconor Herd, Galway and Jim Mulhall, Danville Herd, Kilkenny. Both farmers spoke about their systems, the management of the herd throughout the year and plans for the future 🐄🐄

Next up our National Product Manager, John Molloy presented the data from the silage results and compared dietary analysis over the last 4 years of the competition with a few take home messages. This was followed by announcing the silage competition winners which were presented by Agri-Lloyd Agent Ken Sheppard.
