🎉🎱 A massive congratulations to our Irish LD’s Pool Team Captain and Chairperson Liam Daly on a fantastic achievement over the weekend! 👏🇮🇪

Liam travelled to Sligo to compete in a Wheelchair Only Pool Event and came away with an incredible 2nd place finish 🥈🎱 What a brilliant result! 👏🔥

As our Doubles European Blackball Champion 🏆🎱, Liam continues to represent the team with pride, determination, and true sportsmanship 🇮🇪💪

We are all so excited and extremely proud of him and everything he continues to achieve both for himself and for the Irish LD’s Pool Team 🎉👏

We are absolutely blown away by the support for our latest fundraiser for the Irish LD’s Pool Team. In less than a day and a half we have already filled HALF the sheet! 🤯

The support we have received from everyone so far has been incredible and we are extremely grateful to each and every person who has helped and continues to support the team. It honestly means so much to us and helps the players massively with travel expenses.

We are fundraising for the Irish LD’s Pool Team as we prepare to travel to Gibraltar for the Nations Cup 🇮🇪🎱

To help support the players with travel expenses, we are running a “Guess the Favourite Football Team” board.

💰 Entry: €10 per team
🏆 Prize: €500 for the winner

We are currently seeking businesses across Ireland who would be willing to sponsor and support the Irish Learning Disabilities Pool Team.

Our team proudly represents Ireland at major international events including the Nations Cup, European Championships and World Championships. These competitions give our players the opportunity to compete on the world stage, build confidence, and represent our country with pride.

As a team, all of our funding is either self-funded or raised by ourselves. Any sponsorship or support we receive goes directly towards helping our players cover essential costs such as: ✈️ Flights

Update on the Europeans for our Irish LD's.
Our Captain and Players Representative ( Liam Daly & Georgie Lynam Jnr ) The Ultimate duo 🇮🇪💪🎱, have won 3-2 in a nail biting Doubles game to get into the Doubles Finals tomorrow at 9am.

On another note, Georgie has also scraped into the 1/4 Finals of the Singles and is playing tonight at 9pm.💪🇮🇪🎱

Unfortunately, we lost our team event matches and lost against Northern Ireland 13-12 to be able to be in with a chance to making it but ya win some ya loose some thats the way the cookie crumbles.

Onto next year to The Nations Cup in Gibralta.
