Want to hear something funny and this is 100% true
Years back when training a client for the first time, I forgot to mention to her that she may be sore the next day or two due to the resistance training 🤫
Now down to my inexperience, I probably(definitely) had her doing too much volume for her first session…whoops
Anyways, the next day she went to the doctor cause she was so sore and didn’t know why 🤣
She survived surprisingly and you can too.
More times than not a little bit of movement will make you forget all about your DOMS. It may be an uncomfortable few mins starting but it’ll fade
A little DOMS every now and again is a nice feeling, but if you’re getting them after every session then it may be time to look at your overall sleep, nutrition, volume as we should adapt ✌🏼
