Intergrated Energy Therapy IET is a gentle treatment which helps to safely and gently release energy blockages at a mental, emotional, physical level. IET is a hands on therapy which works on nine areas of the body where old emotions are stored which can effect how we live our day to day lives

IET is an excellent therapy working with eg Stress, Depression, Anxiety, Grief, PTSD, Anger, Fear by helping to release these emotions/thought pattens. During a session, you remain fully dressed. Nine areas on the body known as Celluar Memory Areas are worked by gentle touch to release the blocked energy and to replace that energy with positive energy eg Fear is removed and replaced with Safety.

It seems like only yesterday when I married the love of my life, Mike, on 25th May 2024 ❤️❤️❤️

We had the best day ever celebrating with our family and friends who travelled from near and far to be with us. You all helped to make our day special and a day to remember for everyone ❤️

We are very proud of our little country 🇮🇪 who were the first in the world to give the LGBT+ community the right to marry by popular vote.

Love and best wishes to everyone from Mike and I as we celebrate our 1st year as husband and husband
