Come and Chill the Heck Out :)
Every Wednesday 7 p.m. and Saturday 12 noon I lead a yoga practice at the Spawell leisure centre. Anything from Hatha Vinyasa to Yin might happen here, life is an adventure. I will be happy to aid everyone in reaching their ultimate strength of body and potential for mindfulness. All ages of grown ups and teens are welcome, however as my cosy studio is little, please register a couple of days in advance.
I specialize in tailored 1 to 1 yoga sequences so if you’re the shy type talk to me and we’ll find you the best practice together.
